Examples of clients include timber companies, wood product manufacturers, farms, livestock producers, construction companies, private ranches, regional and national trade associations and local governments. Our firm’s practice areas extend to Land and Real Estate Law, Water Law, Threatened and Endangered Species, Federal and State Environmental Law, Public Land Law, General Civil Litigation, and Business Law. We practice in Oregon State and Federal Courts, as well as State and Federal administrative forums including the U.S Department of Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA).
